My BP spiked up for some unknown reason so I looked for a do it your self BP monitor. This thing seems well made and is super easy to use as well as very compact. I'm back down to my normal 120/70 and I plan to take this thing with me next trip to the doctor to get some verification of it's accuracy. For now I am very pleased with this device and the purchase price $20.

bought this as a gift for a family member to take their blood pressure daily as instructed by their doctor, the arm cuffs were too difficult to use but this one can be used easily and it doesn't hurt like the arm cuffs do, it is accurate if it used as instructed meaning the monitor has to be level with the heart also the numbers are big enough to see easily, overall, I am pleased with this product and so is the person I bought it for.
