Every item you see pictured is what you receive. The bands are definitely quite bulky. Well made, but pretty bulky for a smaller wrist such as a woman. Good alternative replacement for original bands.

I purchased the Garmin Forerunner 405 for my ten year old son. Unfortunately, it fit poorly. The Garmin was not designed for someone with wrists as small as his. This strap makes it much easier for him to put on and to take off with a much better fit. The installation was a little difficult. I understand that there maybe an issue with hygiene because perspiration absorbed in the material of the strap causing odor. However, that has not been an issue yet. My son is very happy with this item.
